A real insight
Dairy days.
Lower HRV.
On days Alice ate dairy, her overnight HRV tended to be lower. Nutri says “tended to” because that’s what the data supports.
- 59
- days with both a food log and an HRV reading

Like with like
Days with a food against days without. Rank-based, so one odd day can’t swing it.
Carry-over
A good night makes the next one likelier. Nutri allows for that before it trusts a link.
The day after
Some effects take time, so it checks the following days too.
Tested on noise
before it spoke.
We fed the analysis data with no real link in it and counted how often it found one anyway.

Questions
Do I need a smartwatch?
No. Logging and nutrients work on iPhone alone. The patterns between food and your body need heart-rate, HRV or sleep data in Apple Health, which usually comes from a watch or ring that writes to it.
Where do the nutrient numbers come from?
USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts. When Nutri looks a food up, only the barcode or the search term is sent.
What does the beta cost?
Nothing. It runs through Apple’s TestFlight. Tap Join the beta above, or scan the QR code, and install it straight away. No invite needed.
Is this medical advice?
No. Nutri shows patterns in your own data. If you’re thinking about changing your diet for a health reason, talk to your doctor.
