Nutri is a nutrition tracking app for iPhone, built by Narval Software. If something isn't working, you have a question, or you'd like to give feedback, email us and a real person will get back to you.

We aim to respond within a few business days. When you write in, it helps to include your device model, your iOS version, and a short description of what you were doing when the problem happened.
Closed beta
Nutri is currently in closed beta while we get it right with a small group of testers. If you'd like access, send us a note at support@gonutri.app and we'll be in touch.
Quick answers
Delete your account
You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the app: open Profile → Delete Account and confirm. Your account then enters a 14-day grace window during which you can cancel from the banner on the Profile screen. After 14 days your records are permanently erased. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Export your data
Open Profile → Export Your Data to download a machine-readable copy of everything Nutri holds about you, free of charge on any plan.
Apple Health
Nutri reads health metrics from Apple Health only with your explicit consent, and never writes data back. You can turn the connection off at any time from Profile → Apple Health, which also deletes the synced copy on our servers.
Subscriptions and refunds
Nutri Pro is billed through Apple's In-App Purchase. Manage or cancel a subscription from your Apple ID account settings or the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. To restore a purchase on a new device, use Restore Purchases on the Nutri Pro screen.
